POKHARA, Sep 07:Finance Minister Dr. Prakasharan Mahat, stated that Pokhara should become a tourism transit hub. Minister Mahat stated during the Pokhara Tourism Council's 23rd Annual General Meeting that Pokhara should be developed as a transit point connecting Mustang, Lamjung, Chitwan, and Lumbini.

He stated that capital expenditures will be implemented efficiently and contracts will be made on time, with the exception of large projects, and that the government will also make contracts in order to finish the three-year plan on time.
