New baggage trolleys at Tribhuvan International Airport
KATHMANDU, Sep 06:At Tribhuvan International Airport, a new baggage trolley has been operation. According to airport chief Pratap Babu Tiwari, 500 new baggage trolleys have been operation for the airport's international arrivals.
Previously, the airport had 600 baggage trolley. Tiwari said that a new trolley had been operation to replace the previous trolley.
Previously, the airport had a three-wheeled baggage trolley. Tiwari stated that the baggage trolley that is now in use has four wheels.
Passengers reported that the three-wheeled luggage cart was unbalanced, making it impossible to ride. Chief Tiwari stated that the new baggage trolley will fix the issue.
"Initially, there were 600 baggage trolleys. We replaced them all and brought in 500 new trolleys. "We believe that this will address previous passenger complaints about trolleys," he explained, "the first was a three-wheeler, and now we have brought a four-wheeler baggage trolley." It's well-balanced and easy to transport downhill."
Tiwari stated that the 600 baggage trolleys that were previously in use will be reactivated following maintenance. Tiwari stated that they requested that the existing trolley be replaced with an Integrated Management System (IMS).
