Tourism Minister Kirati's father passed away

KATHMANDU, August 23:Harka Bahadur Rai, the father of Sudan Kirati, Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation, passed away this morning while receiving treatment at Bir Hospital,according to the Minister's Secretariat.

He was 76. He had been unwell for a while and was under the medical care.
  
The Minister's father's mortal remains would be brought to his ancestral home in Okhre village in Bhojpur, the district in Koshi Province, today itself to carry out last rites, as the Secretariat stated.
