City Hotel Limited’s 4th quarter report of last fiscal year shows a loss of Rs 273.6 million

KATHMANDU, August 17:City Hotel Limited has published the financial statement up to the fourth quarter of the last financial year. Until the last fourth quarter, the company has been in a net loss of more than Rs 273.6 million.

The financial expenses of the company, which had a net loss of more than 44.6 million rupees up to this period in the previous year, increased significantly due to the increase in the net loss. Last year, the financial expenses of the company were more than 47.6 million rupees.

Compared to the previous year, the financial expenses of the company increased by 641.46 percent last financial year. The income from operations has increased by more than 150 percent compared to the previous year. The income from operations which was more than Rs 189.1 million rupees in the previous year has increased to more than Rs 473.1 million in the last financial year.

Currently, the company's paid-up capital is just over Rs 1.67 billion. The other equity of the company is more than Rs 66 million rupees and the long-term debt of the company is more than Rs 3.12 billion. The company is currently in a loss of Rs 16.35 per share and has a net worth of Rs 104 per share.
