Kalinchok Darshan Ltd makes Rs 31.9 million in profits in last fiscal

KATHMANDU:Kalinchok Darshan Ltd profits have made a total profit of Rs 31.9 million in the last fiscal year following an uptick in tourist flow. The hotels in the region, which have reached a state of stagnation during COVID-19, are making significant improvements in their profits when tourism activities at present.

The profits had increased by two folds in the last financial year compared to FY 2021/22 when the company had made a total profit of Rs 14.8 million.

Profits have also increased due to significant improvements in the company's operating income.

Till the end of last June, the company has earned Rs 75.9 million as operating income an increase of 33.82 percent compared to the previous financial year. The company had earned Rs 56.7 million in operating income in the previous financial year.

Along with the profit, the earnings per share of the company have also increased. Currently, the company's earnings per share have reached Rs Rs 5.96 compared to Rs 3.09 in the previous year. Similarly, the net worth per share of the company has also reached Rs 96.99 from Rs 89 in the previous year.

The paid-up capital of this company is Rs 600 million
