Excellent hospitality workers to be awarded 'Chaurasi Byanjan Award 2023'

KATHMANDU, August 13: 'Chaurasi Byanjan Award 2023' will be given to those involved in the business of hospitality i.e. hotels, motels, restaurants, homestays, as well as chefs, training centers and colleges who produce the skilled manpower needed there.

The Chefs Association of Nepal which has been involved in the hospitality business for more than 25 years, "Chaurasi Byanjan Group" has organized a special ceremony held in the capital on October 13 and said that the award will be given in 14 different categories.

President Prem Lal Ghising said that awards will be given in 14 different categories including Home Stay, Emerging Chef, Senior Chef, Hero Chef, and Female Chef. He also said that the process of nomination will go through various stages and the main award ceremony will be held on October 26.

He also said that with the aim of encouraging and familiarizing traditional Nepali food and honoring those who are working in the field of hospitality, the honor program is going to be organized and the total cost of this will be Rs 2 million.
