Simrik Air flights grounded for not clearing dues

KATHMANDU, August 10: The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) has decided to ground all helicopter flights of Simrik Air from Friday for failing to clear its dues.
"The flights have been halted after the company failed to pay its dues. Gyanendra Bhul, information officer of the authority said. 
Simrik Airhas is yet to pay Rs 4.6 million in airport service fee to the authority. 
The heli company has been operating flights with its four helicopters.
