Private sector will cooperate to protect religious sites: Chandra Prasad Dhakal

KATHMANDU, August 6: Chandra Prasad Dhakal, president of the Federation of Nepali Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) has said that the private sector will cooperate in the protection of religious areas. Inaugurating a dispensary in the Shaligram Museum in Kundule, Baglung Municipality-4, Dhakal said that he would cooperate with the private sector in the religious and tourism sectors as well.

On the occasion of Sridhar Acharya's 84th birth anniversary, a dispensary was established in the Shaligram Museum complex. Dhakal said that the Shaligram Museum and Sarvassiddhidham Panchkot established under the activism of Swami Kamalanayan Acharya have enhanced the glory of the region. "The museum has been brought in an operation targeting religious tourists as well as to provide more support to the businesses here," he said.

Dhakal, who provided financial support for the construction of Sarvassiddhidham Panchkot, which was prepared in the imagination of Muktinath Pithadhishwara Kamalanayan Acharya, said that he will continue to protect and promote his birthplace, tradition, culture, and Vedic Sanatan Dharma. Dhakal said that everyone should join hands to further develop the Shaligram Museum, which holds huge value and importance in terms of religious tourism.

Sridharacharya Shaligram Museum has recently been developing as a gathering place for Hindu devotees visiting Panchkot, Galeshwar, and Muktinath. Swami Kamalanayan Acharya informed that a dispensary has been established to provide health services to the locals at the same place where Muktinath Veda Vidyashram is also operating.
