Hotel Crowne Imperial to issue IPO

KATHMANDU, Aug 01:Hotel Crowne Imperial Kathmandu is going to issue Initial Public Offerings (IPO) worth Rs 1.15 billion to the general public. The face value of the IPO is Rs 100 per share.

The hotel, operated by Orchid Holdings Limited, has appointed Laxmi Capital as the sales manager for the IPO issue. The agreement was signed by Sudhirman Maskey, managing director of the hotel and Rajeev Sapkota, CEO of Laxmi Capital.

The hotel, which started as a private company on November 13, 2007, was converted into a public company on July 11, 2022. The four-star hotel has 131 rooms and spreads over 17.96 acres.
