Over 57,000 tourists visited Nepal in July

KATHMANDU, August 1: Over 57,000 foreign tourists visited Nepal in July. According to the data released by the Nepal Tourism Board, as many as 57,726 foreign tourists entered Nepal last month, a 25 percent increase compared to the arrival of 44,462 tourists in the same month of 2022.

As per the data, the majority of the tourists arriving in July are Indian nationals accounting for 21,357 arrivals in the country last month.

Similarly, 5,693 tourists are from China, 3,630 from the UK, and 2,694 from Bangladesh among others.
