CAAN Federation General Secretary Officer Nominee in Copyright Registrar's Office Expert

CAAN Federation General Secretary Chiranjeevi Adhikari has been appointed as an expert by the Office of Nepal Copyright Registrar.

The Secretary General Officer has been designated as an expert by the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation for the examination and verification of papers presented in relation to software system registration under composition registration.

Officials will expedite the review and verification of papers presented by individuals and companies seeking to retain copyright in information technology-based goods and services, such as software source code, ideas, and products.

He stated that when diverse information technology-related services are produced and used, it will help to legally protect the rights of makers and owners of such items. Furthermore, he stated that he would continue to help the IT industry in order to regulate unauthorized copying, distribution, and use of their works, as well as to secure the preservation of creator's rights and fair pay.
