Girl sucumbs to injuries after canyoning in the Pokhara

KATHMANDU, July 27: Anjita Bhandari (22), a resident of Budhibazar, Pokhara-26, succumbed to injuries received after falling while canyoning at the Pokhara canyon in Machhapuchhre Rural Municipality-9. The accident occurred on Wednesday at around 3:50 PM. Bhandari was heavily injured while descending from the waterfall and was rushed to Manipal Hospital for treatment.
