CAAN paid government 580 million in dividends

KATHMANDU, July 11:The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) has paid the government a dividend of Rs 580 million.

Pradeep Adhikari, the CAAN's director general, announced on Twitter that 580 million in dividends were paid in fiscal year 2022/23.

He stated that the CAAN currently operates 33 airports, including three international airports, and that it has given dividends to the government based on the income generated by those airports.
