HAN delegation departed for Bangladesh to promote Nepal

KATHMANDU, June 19:A delegation of hoteliers has departed in Dhaka to promote Nepal in Bangladesh. On Monday, a 24-person hotelier delegation led by Hotel Association Nepal (HAN) President Binayak Shah flew for Bangladesh. The Hotel Association Nepal has stated that the program will be conducted in Dhaka in collaboration with the Nepal Tourism Board and the Nepali Embassy in Bangladesh.

The event, which will take place in Dhaka on June 11, will feature distinguished tourist businessmen, tour operators, and special Bangladeshi government officials from several places in Bangladesh, as well as the Nepali ambassador to Bangladesh and media. The HAN hopes that the tourism marketing and business-to-business initiative will boost the number of tourists visiting Nepal from Bangladesh and the surrounding region.

According to the HAN, there is also a program to sign a memorandum of understanding with the Nepal Hotel Association and the Bangladesh International Hotel Association for tourism marketing, training, and the exchange of hotel practices between the two nations.
