Global IME Bank celebrates World Environment day by planting trees

KATHMANDU:Global IME Bank celebrated World Environment Day by planting trees in all seven provinces.

The bank celebrated the World Environment Day by planting different types of advanced plants in all the seven provinces under the 'One Employee, One Planting' campaign.

The Bank has organized tree plantation programs at Biratnagar Airport Road in Morang, Mirchaiya in Siraha, Lakhedanda in Tokha in Kathmandu, Pokhara Stadium Complex in Kaski, Tilottama Community Park in Rupandehi and Birendranagar Chauhan Park in Surkhet.

Bank employees, local citizens and representatives of various organizations participated directly in this large tree plantation program organized by the bank.

Since its inception, the bank has been giving priority to corporate social responsibility and has been continuing various social activities of this kind.
