Himalayan Life Insurance appointed Prabhu Capital as its share registrar

KATHMANDU: Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed by Himalayan Life Insurance Limited to serve as the share registrar for share registrar-related services.

Manoj Kumar Lal Karna, the chief executive officer of Himalayan Life Insurance Limited, and Ashish Gauchan, the chief executive officer of Prabhu Capital Limited, signed the contract on their respective companies' behalf.

Union Life Insurance, Prime Life Insurance, and Gurans Life Insurance Limited merged to form Himalaya Life Insurance Limited and the joint business started on 11th May,2023.
