TTDC organizes cleaning campaign for Thamel on Saturday

KATHMANDU, May 12:On Saturday, the Thamel Tourism Development Council (TTDC) will clean the Thamel region under the slogan "Our Thamel Clean Thamel." Because it is a tourist area, the TTDC has requested that house owners and merchants attend a cleaning program on the 30th from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m.

The TTDC's president, Bhabishowor Sharma, stated that the Thamel area will be cleaned with the goal of making it beautiful, clean, and garbage-free. According to him, the householders or businessmen who come to clean should bring brooms or cleaning materials.  You must begin cleaning from the outside of your house and shop.

"There is a program to gather in front of the Sanchaya Kosh building at 8 a.m. after the cleaning program," he stated. "I request that everyone attend because the cleaning campaign will be reviewed."
