Sudan Kirati, Minister of Tourism, bids farewell to students who travelled to France for internships

KATHMANDU, April 27: Sudan Kirati, Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation, bid farewell to the students who travelled to France for internships on Thursday.

Minister Kiranti waved farewell to 24 hotel management students at Tribhuvan International Airport. Minister Kiranti remarked in his goodbye address, "Tourism University is opening soon, your needs are there, please study well and come." You will not only study there for a year, but you will also leave this country's fine culture and travel there.

The students of NATHM, who are teaching hotel management and tourism subjects, will do a one-year internship at the 130-year-old Savolema University of Tourism in France.

Similarly, French students will work as interns at Natham. According to Rajesh Upreti, executive director of NATHM, the French students will arrive in Nepal on Friday. Lately, Minister Kirati has decided to make Natham a tourism university, which has been providing studies and training related to hotels and tourism.
