CAAN directs airline companies to remove structures at airport

KATHMANDU, April 27:The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) has directed that the construction of the airline company' office area at Tribhuvan International Airport be demolished.

The airline company have been told to dismantle the construction of the office area as the hangar apron will be created, according to the master plan of Tribhuvan International Airport.

The CAAN has written to all helicopter company, including Shree Airlines, Yeti Airlines, and Summit Air, requesting that the structure be removed within one month.

With this letter from the CAAN, the airline firms' offices will be relocated from the airport. The CAAN has also requested that the reparation sum for utilizing that location up to that point be paid.
