Silver Mountain School opened French restaurant

KATHMANDU, April 23:The Silver Mountain School of Hotel Management has opened 'Papillon Rose,' Nepal's first French fine dining restaurant. Excellency French Ambassador to Nepal, Mr. Gilles Bourbao, officially inaugurated the restaurant.

Samir Thapa, the restaurant management organization's founder, chairman, and principal, believes that the launch of Papillon Rose will be a  important milestone  for Silver Mountain School of Hotel Management.

He expressed his commitment to provide an exceptional dining experience to his guests. According to him, a team of professional chefs and hospitality chefs has prepared a selected menu of French cuisine.

According to Thapa, students at the university have provided a chance to enjoy French cuisine by using the best ingredients and skills, as well as a variety of meals. The inauguration ceremony is expected to be attended by ambassadors from various countries, representatives from foreign embassies in Nepal, and officials from several national and international organizations.
