Flights at TIA resume after technical issue resolves

KATHMANDU, April 23:After a technical issue at Tribhuvan International Airport was fixed, takeoff and landing operations resumed.

Due to a technical problem at the airport from 2.30 pm, the communication between the ATC and the pilot was broken, and the plane takeoff and landed problem.

According to airport spokesperson Teknath Sitaula, the communication equipment is now fully working. He stated that planes are now landing on a regular basis after the afternoon difficulty was fixed.

He stated that no technical issues have been discovered in the investigation thus far, and that the airport will do more research on the subject.
