Ministry of tourism asked Hyatt Regency Hotel 27 questions

KATHMANDU, April 19: Taragaon (Hyatt) Regency Hotel Limited and Taragaon Development Committee have been requested to respond to queries from the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation within three days.

Tourism Minister Sudan Kirati made a ministerial decision on Tuesday and questioned why the contract with Hotel Hyatt should not be terminated and Taragaon Development Committee should not be dissolved.

Minister Kirati has asked the hotel 27 questions and the development committee 22.

The Taragaon Development Committee has stated that the report of the study, investigation, investigation, and suggestion improvement task force of the Government of Nepal through the Taragaon Development Committee, 2079 has analyzed the Taragaon Development Committee's and Taragaon Regency Hotels Limited's policy decisions and actions from various angles.

According to the ministry's letter to both agencies, the investigation undertaken by the committee and the hotel from many aspects raises several questions about the issues outlined in the report.

Some issues are quite significant. In this light, it is necessary to decide whether to continue the operation and management of the committee and the hotel as is,' stated the letter.
