Nepal Airlines plans to purchase three planes for domestic operations
KATHMANDU, April 18:Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) plans to buy three planes for domestic flights.
The NAC has constituted a seven-person sub-committee for this purpose, chaired by Senior Captain Sudhir Samsher Rai, a member of the Board of Directors. The NAC has stated that it will purchase small planes to fly to remote areas.
The NAC will purchase these ships using its own internal resources in a transparent manner with the manufacturer.
Currently, two NAC planes are flying domestically. Similarly, four planes are used for overseas flights.
