Nabil Bank CEO Dhungana honored with 'Prabal Jana sewa Shree' medal

KATHMANDU:Gyanendra Prasad Dhungana, the CEO of Nabil Bank, has been awarded the 'Prabal Janasewa Shree' medal.

President Ramchandra Paudel recognized Dhungana as ''Probal Janasewa Shree'' after long recognizing his contributions to the banking industry.

Dhungana, who has over two and a half decades of banking expertise, was the CEO of Nepal Bangladesh Bank for ten years.

He was previously the General Manager of Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank. Dhungana resigned Rashtra Bank's board of directors to work for a private bank.

He has a Chartered Accountancy degree from India and a Master's degree in Certified Public Accountant and Financial Analysis from Australia.
