Nabil Bank conducted financial literacy program during Global Money Week

KATHMANDU:Nabil Bank has completed a financial literacy program at 25 locations across the country in honor of "Global Money Week." This program has been implemented by the bank in six provinces. On the occasion of Global Money Week, the bank informed that it provided financial education to 1,400 people. This is the eleventh edition of Global Money Week, which takes place every year in March for a week.

Since 2012, Global Money Week has been observed as a week-long campaign aimed at increasing youth awareness of financial education. The program was carried out by 14 Sudurpaschim Province branches, three Bagmati Province branches, two Karnali Province branches, five Lumbini Province branches, and one Madhes Province branch, according to the bank.

According to reports, the majority of the branches organized programs on campuses and in schools. Various programs have been planned as part of this campaign with the goal of increasing awareness about banking-financial, capital market, insurance, and cooperative services.
