Tourist route Saripakha-Khumaidanda-Korchan has been announced

POKHARA, March 29:The Charipakha-Korchang road in the northern tourist area has been designated as a tourist route by the Machhapuchhre rural municipality. On Friday, a meeting in the municipality's Khumaidanda tourist area decided to designate the road from Saripakha, Hillekhark, and Khumaidanda to Korchang as a tourist route. The meeting also decided to request the state and federal governments to build the necessary infrastructure, according to Bedhari Adhikari, the chief administrative officer of the rural municipality.

Charipakha, Khumaidanda, and Korchang are three tourist areas that have been designated as such. From here, you can see the Machhapuchhre Himal and the Annapurna Ice Range up close. Because the area is close to Pokhara and snow is falling, there has been an influx of domestic tourists in the area recently. After Dashain, Khumaidanda began to be branded and promoted as a new tourist destination, and it is now going viral on social media. Korchang is also a great place to watch the sunrise.

According to the chief administrative officer of the rural municipality, the rural municipality meeting decided to reduce the impact of climate change in the Himalayan region and to manage the garbage accumulated in tourist areas. "Recently, the effects of garbage and climate change have been identified as challenges, and the meeting has decided to take initiatives to address and reduce them," he explained.

According to the chief administrative officer, the Machhapuchchhre rural municipality held a meeting in Khumaidanda, the municipality's main tourist center, to promote tourism. According to him, the meeting's purpose is to gather information about the problems that have been identified in the area and the work that needs to be done to address them.

Rural municipality Chief Min Bahadur Gurung and Deputy Chief Sita Kumari Adhikari went by helicopter from Pokhara to Khumaidanda, which is 3,245 meters above sea level, while members of the executive traveled on walk. The chief administrative officer stated that the Chief and Deputy Chief also walked back.
