Civil Laghubitta Bittiya passed Dividend

KATHMANDU: The Civil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a subsidiary of Himalayan Bank Limited, has concluded its eleventh annual general meeting.

The annual report of the fiscal year 2078–79, the financial accounts, and a total dividend of 11.58 percent, including 11 percent bonus shares and 0.58 percent cash dividend for tax purposes, were approved by the general meeting held in Kathmandu on  Monday.

The assembly has also approved all of the special and general resolutions, including the one stating that the Bittiya Sanstha name will be Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited
