SCT and HBL have reached an agreement on the Smart QR Service

KATHMANDU:SmartChoice Technologies Limited and Himalayan Bank Ltd (HBL) have reached an agreement to operate payment services via Smart QR.

With this agreement, users of the HIMB mobile banking app will be able to easily pay for goods and services at merchants affiliated with Smart QR, such as Bhatbhateni Super Market, Big Mart, Express Mart, Kirana, and Big Digital.

Similarly, Himalayan Bank merchants can accept payments from customers of Smart QR-affiliated banks and financial institutions, according to the company.
