Shaileshwari Power's consultant Laxmi Capital

KATHMANDU: Shaileshwari Power Nepal Pvt. Ltd.'s institutional consultant will be Laxmi Capital Market Limited. On Tuesday, Laxmi Capital Market Limited and Shaileshwari Power Nepal Pvt Ltd agreed to act as institutional consultants.

The agreement was signed by Laxmi Capital's Chief Executive Officer Rajeev Sapkota and Shaileshwari Power Nepal Pvt Ltd's Managing Director Jagdish Bahadur Pal. 

According to the agreement, Laxmi Capital Market Limited will conduct the primary share issue after Shaileshwari Power Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is converted to a public company.

Shaileshwari Power Nepal Pvt Ltd is located in the PurbiChowki Rural Municipality of Doti District. The promoter has completed 70 percent of the Upper Gaddigarh hydropower project, which has a capacity of 1.55 MW.
