Agreement between Citizens Bank and Medanta Hospital

KATHMANDU: Citizens Bank International and Medanta - The Medicity Hospital in Gurgaon, India have re-signed a memorandum of understanding to provide up to 15 percent discount on hospital service charges to Citizens Bank card-carrying customers. Chief Executive Officer Ganesh Raj Pokharel signed the MoU on behalf of the bank. 

It is mentioned in the statement issued by the bank that its notable customers are benefiting from this kind of cooperation in a simple and easy way while going to the hospital for treatment.

The bank believes that the continuation of this cooperation in the coming days will provide more convenient services to the customers of the bank who are going to get medical treatment in India.

Citizens Bank cardholders will get this facility. The bank has been providing this kind of facility continuously for the past 3 years," said the statement.

Citizens Bank International has been providing services through its 182 branches, 134 ATMs and 97 branchless banking services spread across the country.
