Manakamana Darshan provides Mahindra tractor to Sahid Lakhan Rural Municipality

KATHMANDU, Feb 20: Manakamana Darshan Pvt Ltd has given a tractor and a hydraulic trailer to Sahid Lakhan Rural Municipality of Gorkha as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Rajeshbabu Shrestha, director of the Manakamana Darshan, said that Mahindra Jivo 245 DI 4WD series tractors were handed over for waste management.

We have provided this support for waste management in two wards of Shaheed Lakhan Rural Municipality under CSR. We have seen that there will be some help in the waste management there, Director Shrestha said, "We are confident that the tractor will make a positive contribution to the waste management of the Mankamana area and also to the environment."

In the office  of Agni Incorporated located in Kurintar, Shrestha, director of Manakamana Darshan, said that the assistance was handed over to the rural municipality president, Ramesh Babu Thapa.
