Development of tourism inevitable: Tourism Minister Kirati

KATHMANDU, Feb 19:Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Minister Sudan Kiranti has said that the development of tourism is indispensable in the development of Nepal's economic sector.

Speaking on the occasion of the 25th Silver Jubilee of Sirubari Community Homestay in Syangja, he said that homestays in different parts of the country are contributing greatly to tourism promotion.

Stating that the government will also support the work of homestay construction, he argued that the identity of a homestay is a clean house inside old villages and old settlements.
