Mardi Tourism Management Committee elects Raj Kumar Tamang as its new President

POKHARA, Feb 13: A new leadership has been unanimously elected in the Mardi Tourism Management and Business Committee, an organization of tourism professionals in the Mardi Himal region.

The seventh session of the organization held in Pokhara on Saturday elected a new leadership under the chairmanship of Raj Kumar Tamang.
Khim Bahadur Tamang, secretary Pradeep Gautam, treasurer Anjila Gurung and joint secretary Amrit Tamang were elected as the vice president of the committee. Similarly, Khem Bahadur Gurung, Yama Bahadur Chhetri, Madan Chhetri and Suk Bahadur Tamang have been selected as members.

The newly elected President Rajkumar Tamang promised to solve the problems of the Mardi Himal area and develop the area as a model trekking route of the country.
