Taragaon Regency Hotel earned Rs. 106.1 million profit

KATHMANDU, Feb 13:Taragaon Regency Hotel Limited has published the fiscal statement for the second quarter of the current financial year. According to the details, hotels have earned a profit of Rs 106.1 million till the second quarter of the current year.

Hotel were at a loss of Rs 1.259 million  till the second quarter of last year. Due to the improvement in the tourism business in recent times, there has been a significant increase in the operating income of hotels.

Compared to the previous year, the operating income has increased by 100% in the current year. Compared to the previous year, the operating income has increased by 100% in the current year. Last year, the operating income of the hotels was Rs. 264.7 million, but in the current year  it has reached Rs 531.1 million.

Similarly, the paid-up capital of hotels is Rs 1.88 billion. By the second quarter of the current year, hotels have accumulated more than Rs 540 million in reserves. Earning per share of hotels is Rs 5.63, price earnings ratio is 69.48 times, liquidity ratio is 1.85 percent and net worth per share is Rs 133.08.
