Foreign Minister's request to start flights from Bhairahawa to Dhaka
KATHMANDU, Jan 31: Foreign Minister Bimala Rai Paudyal and Ambassador of Bangladesh to Nepal Mr. Salahuddin Noman Chowdhury had a meeting today at Singh Durbar.
During the meeting, Foreign Minister Paudyal requested Ambassador Chowdhury to start air flights from Gautam Buddha International Airport to Dhaka.
In that meeting, there was also a discussion about enhancing cooperation and partnership between Nepal and Bangladesh in the tourism trade and agriculture sector.
Ambassador Chowdhury requested Foreign Minister Paudyal to strengthen the cooperation between the two countries by meeting Bangladeshi Foreign Minister Dr. AK Abdul Momen, who will participate in the 75th Independence Day of Sri Lanka.
