TIA domestic Terminal Chief Chudal arrested

KATHMANDU, Jan 25:Purna prasad Chudal, head of the domestic terminal of Tribhuvan International Airport, has been arrested.

The Abuse of Authority Investigation Commission has arrested Chudal.

According to Sraet, Chudal was arrested by a team assigned by the CAAN with the help of the airport police.

CAAN spokesperson Shyam Prasad Bhandari said that Chudal was arrested while taking bribery.

According to him, the amount of bribe taken by Chudal is being calculated. Spokesperson Bhandari said that he would issue a statement shortly and give detailed information.
