Taragaon Regency Hotel to proposed dividend of 158.8 million

KATHMANDU, Jan 12: Taragaon Regency Hotel has declared dividend for the last financial year. The company has proposed a dividend of 8.42 percent. Earlier, the company had given a 10 percent dividend.

The board of directors has decided to give most of the cash. The company is paying a cash dividend of 8.42 percent. This is inclusive of tax. Dividend is proposed on permanent paid up capital. Currently, the paid-up capital of Taragaon Regency Hotels is 1.88 billion rupees. 8.42 percent of it is Rs 158.8 million.

The dividend will be received by the shareholders after the annual general meeting of the company approves it.
