Buddha Air's successful test flight at Pokhara International Airport

POKHARA, Dec 24: Private airline company Buddha Air has successfully conducted a test flight at Pokhara International Airport on Thursday.

Buddha has announced regular commercial flights from the new airport from January 1st . He says that this will make air travel more convenient.

According to Buddha, currently around 3,000 ordinary people and tourists are using air flights from Pokhara every day. Since the new international airport will be at night, there will be first flights from Pokhara to various destinations.

Buddha has simplified the fares for Nepalese and Indians to make air flights easier for residents of Pokhara and surrounding districts. Buddha has started the work of connecting Pokhara with Banaras, the religious tourist city of India.

Correspondence has been sent to the relevant places for this and it is said that it is eager to make the first international flight from Pokhara. Buddha plans to fly from Pokhara to India's New Delhi, Dehradun and other destinations if permission is granted.

Buddha is studying the feasibility of using large planes with jet engines for international flights.
