Buddha Air get permits to operate flights from Pokhara to Varanasi

KATHMANDU, Dec 06: Buddha Air has received approval for flights from Pokhara International Airport to Varanasi,India. The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation has given permission for Buddha to fly from Pokhara.

Pokhara International Airport opreated, Buddha Air has already announced plans to operate three flights a week. CAAN is preparing to open the Pokhara airport on January 1.

Even if tourism gives approval, permission will be given only after the approval of the Civil Aviation Authority of India. It said that it will coordinate through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
