New Executive Chef at Terraces Resort and Spa

KATHMANDU, NOV 27: The Terraces Resort and Spa is proud to announce the joining of Deepak Misha as the new Executive Chef at the resort, a press release reads.

As per the press release, Chef Mishra hails from Orissa and has been in the hospitality industry for the past 15 years. His culinary journey spans working for chains like The Park in India, Mandarin Oriental in Singapore, the Vana Retreat in Dehradun to his most recent stint with Mayfair Hotels & Resorts in Bhubaneshwar.

His expertise include making homemade pastas to different varieties of cheeses while focusing on wellness food concepts. He has also completed a course by ASHA experience based out of Geneva which inculcated the use of Ayurveda & wellness with food to propagate healthy lifestyle.
