TEHRATHUM. Nov 21: Hotels in Tinjure Milke Jaljale (TMJ) area of Tehrathum are full of domestic tourists. The Ministry of Tourism has included the area in the list of new tourist destinations.

Tourists have started to increase in this area after the festival is over.

Starting from Basantapur, through RR Garden, Tinjure, Chowki Bazar, Thargade, Gufa Pokhari, Tinjure-Milke-Jaljale area is crowded at this time.

Yogendra Bahadur Subedi, a local, said that the tourists who come to the area only during the flowering season and when there is snow, more than three thousand tourists are coming every day since the week of October. He says that he visits the Pathibhara temple and comes more to forest feasts.

Hoteliers are excited by the heavy influx of tourists. Mr. Karki, Deputy Head of the District Coordination Committee, said that the number of visitors is increasing as the Nepal Tourism Board accelerates the construction of tourism infrastructure.

He said, "The hotels from Basantapur to Gufa are not empty. Seeing the future of tourism, in the surrounding areas from Basantapur to Gufa, citizens from outside the district are also buying land at high prices for hotel, lodge and resort operations.

Gyalje Sherpa said that tourists come to this area for the pleasure of trekking and the view of the snow range.
