Nepal-Hungary historical cultural program completed in Kathmandu

 

KATHMANDU, Nov 10: The Nepal-Hungary historical cultural program organized by the Nepal-Hungary Chamber of Commerce has been completed in Kathmandu.

Nepal-Hungary cultural exchange program has been organized with the aim of international art culture exchange and preservation of art. Senior filmmaker and Nepal-Hungary Chamber of Commerce founding president Krishna Malla presided over the event and Hungarian Consul General and industrialist Arun Kumar Chaudhary as the chief guest in the event.

Special guests were Marian Yardo from the Hungarian Embassy, Narayan Pradhan, president of the Movie Fight Artist Association, social worker Mahendra Paudel, social worker Arjun Khadka, Songwriter and Film Producer Anu Shah, Artist Devi Thapa Oli, Vice President of Nepal Hungary Chamber of Commerce Tank Nath Paudel, Secretary General Shant Kumar Shrestha, Treasurer Rajendra Kumar Bisural, Members Chet Bahadur Singh, Suman Maharjan, Amber Bahadur Rayamajhi, Kaji Bahadur Shrestha, Durga Bisural , Pratiksha Pokharel, Sandipa Thapa, Narendra Kumar Mool and Suresh Dangol and other distinguished personalities, journalists and spectators were present.


The speakers said that the original art and culture exchange program would strengthen the relationship between the two countries, while the Hungarian artists also expressed their happiness to hold a cultural program in Nepal. The Hungarian artists, who performed continuously for 1 hour, mesmerized the audience. Nepali artists performed Newari and Gurung dances in the event.


Shant Kumar Shrestha, Secretary General of Nepal-Hungary Chamber of Commerce, said that in the coming days, the promotion of such original art and culture between the two countries will be promoted and the trade promotion between the two countries will be strengthened and tourism will also be supported.
