CPN-UML announces Nijgadh Airport to be constructed in next 5 years

KATHMANDU, Nov 02: Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist–Leninist) CPN-UML has said that Nijgadh Airport will be constructed in the next 5 years. UML announced this while releasing the manifesto for the elections to be held on November 20.

The declaration also mentions that the airports in all the provinces will be upgraded and expanded as regional international airports.

UML also says that Gautam Buddha International Airport and Pokhara International Airport will be operated at full capacity. UML has also reiterated its plan to build helipads in all municipalities.
